Our telecommunications and technology practice group assists clients in developing legislative strategies, implementing those strategies through a variety of tactics, and building support for public policy initiatives with outside groups.  We have significant policy expertise on all communications and IT issues including: IP, copyright, antitrust, privacy, cyber security, spectrum management, and Internet governance.  Our relationships with policy makers and staff at the federal legislative and executive branch levels are extensive.  We not only provide clients with strategic advice on legislative and regulatory issues but also counsel about the future direction of telecommunications and technology policy.   We have represented clients in all sectors of the telecom/technology sector from starts-ups to Fortune x00 companies, trade associations and non-profits.
