We have represented clients in many different aspects of energy policy primarily regarding oil and gas (production, distribution, pricing, fuel types, and markets) and electricity (transmission, generation, competition, and market design).  We have been instrumental in efforts to modernize the nation’s electricity grid, meet existing renewable fuels standards, and create an effective market-based approach to increased energy efficiency.  Additionally our team has worked extensively on the issues of natural gas development and market regulation.  We have also worked with a number of clients to create and extend tax incentive programs to achieve energy policy goals.
