Based in our Tallahassee, Florida, office, Will brings extensive leadership in the Republican Party, Florida state government and the field of marketing.
Will has built close relationships with state leaders and key policy makers at the executive and legislative levels of government. As Chief of Staff and during his tenure as Executive Director of the Republican Party of Florida, Will contributed to significant Republican gains in the US Congress, Florida Senate and Florida House seats.
With Van Poole, Will is part of Dutko Grayling’s efforts to build a practice that offers the ability to work seamlessly at both the state and federal levels to address a client’s needs.

| Van Poole draws on his success in business and politics to successfully serve our clients. A former Florida House Member, State Senator and House Minority Whip, Van has the expertise and knowledge to communicate effectively with legislators. Van also served as Chairman of the Republican Party of Florida, where he saw registrations soar and record numbers of Republicans elected during his tenure. In addition to his political career, Van worked for ten years with Exxon (Humble Oil) and served as a partner in the firm of Kreig, Kostas and Poole. |
