Steven Palmer is the Senior Vice President of the Western Region and Director of the Healthcare practice at Dutko Grayling. Steven is an experienced and well-connected government affairs’ professional with 20 years of success in multi-state and federal government relations, lobbying and campaign management.

Prior to joining Dutko Grayling, Steven served as managing partner of a prominent Denver-based lobbying firm, and has held leadership positions in state government affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.  He’s also served as director of government affairs for a software start-up and as a campaign manager for both congressional and statewide initiatives.
